 Our grounded parties are designed to dazzle and delight children of all ages.

• ⏰ Approx. 2 Hours of Party Bliss: Includes a cutting at end of party (15 minutes)  in-studio knife.
• 👗 Fully Hosted by Jess and Team: Everything sorted from start to finish!
• 🎈 Studio Birthday Decorations:  We Transform the space with enchanting décor to set the perfect scene for all superhero folk.
• 🎨 All Materials & Epic Activities:  Paint OR  tie-dye Super hero capes, make fantastic masks, super powerful wands or magic super slime. So many creative crafty goodness to choose from depending on age , enjoy some grounded village exclusive games!
• 🏆 Party Games with Fantastic Prizes: Engaging age appropriate games with awesome prizes  plus all kids walk out a winner.
• 💎 Hair and Face Bedazzle: Add some extra super powers  with hair and face painting , all included
• 🌈 LOTS OF FUN: An explosion of fun to make your party unforgettable!

💰 Pricing & Extras:

• Base Package: $500 for up to 8 children.
• Add extra little party-goers for $35 each (maximum of 17 children).
• ⏳ Extra Party Time: Extend the fun for an additional 30 minutes for $50.
• 🧁 Themed Cupcakes/Cookies by Lavie Doux: Price on application.
• 🎂 Delivered Cake by Lavie Doux: $130.00 for themed cake to match party
• 🍭 Lolly Spread: $50. - lolly only buffet- no snacks 
  
• 🍪 Lolly and Snack Spread: $80.00- lolly and snacks food buffet- no fruit 
• 🍓 Lolly, Snack, and Fruit Spread with Water Bottles: $130.00 - all the yummy things- no hot food ( please see hot food catering below) 
• 🎁 Party Bag : Small - $6 each, Medium $10 each, Large $12 each
• 📸 Professional Photographer (Dani Mckinnon Photography): Price on application.
• ☕ Scones and Coffee for Parents Catered by Café on Cusack: $15 per person, available for morning parties only - to be served at a reserved table upstairs at cafe
• 🍴 Catered Party Food by Café on Cusack: Price on application.

📅  HOW TO BOOK Your Magical Celebration:

• Reserve Your Date: Act quickly as dates fill up fast! Once you book your desired theme , we’ll confirm your date and send a “Birthday Booking” Form via email/text- (check spam folders also) -  You’ll  receive a personalised birthday invitation  AFTER we receive booking form back with all your child’s favourites so please return as soon as you can.

• Payment
  A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your chosen party date (as confirmed via email).

  The remaining balance is due at least 5 days prior to the party and can be paid via direct deposit, PayPal, EFTPOS, or cash.

  Please note:
  The $100 deposit secures the selected date and is non-transferable. If you need to change your party date, a new $100 deposit will be required. Once a date is secured, we are unable to accept other bookings for that time and  in turn may  have turned away potential  booking enquiries.
