Welcome to Grounded Village Creative Open Studio — a relaxed, casual way to enjoy some creative time at Grounded without committing to a set workshop time!

Purchase your Open Studio ticket and simply arrive anytime between 9:00am–1:00pm. No rushing, no set arrival time — just come along whenever suits you!

HOW DOES OPEN STUDIO WORK?

✨ Arrive anytime between 9am–1pm
✨ Check out the creative stations available that day
✨ Choose ONE activity from the options available
✨ Stay and create for up to 1.5 hours from your arrival time

Children are most welcome to join in with a parent or payig adult with the own ticket.

Each Open Studio Day will have approximately 3 different creative stations to choose from, depending on what we have available in the studio.

Your chosen activity will be explained and loosely guided to get you started, but Open Studio is not a traditional follow-along workshop. Think casual crafting, creative freedom and doing things your own way!

WHAT WILL I BE MAKING?

That's part of the fun!

Our Open Studio Days are where we gather together leftover materials and preparations from our workshops and creative events and turn them into something new for you to explore!

That means activities will change from one Open Studio to the next! You might find  self guided painting, mixed media, jewellery, Bag or slipper burning , Decopage, craft projects and plenty of other Grounded-style creativity waiting for you.

You choose your activity when you arrive from what's available on the day.

THE IMPORTANT BITS

Arrival: Anytime between 9am–1pm
Creative time: Up to 1.5 hours per activity
Activities: Choose ONE from approximately 3 options available on the day
Style: Casual, loosely guided & self-paced

Coffee, tea and biccies available as a self serve station 

Studio closes:

2:30pm- Weekend open studios 

1.30pm - Weekday Open Studios ( Arrival By 12.30pm reccomended)

No set start time. No pressure. Just show up, choose something that inspires you and CREATE!
